Article 1 Membership Terms

The Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the ``Terms'') are intended to mutually approve the matters to be observed by the Company and members regarding the use of the membership service ``Membership Service'' operated by Knot Co., Ltd. Article 2 Definition of membership

A member is an individual who has an address or residence in Japan, has approved these Terms, has applied to the Company for membership in the Membership Service, and has completed the procedures prescribed by the Company (minors are under parental authority). Article 3 Admission to membership services, membership registration, and issuance of membership card

There are two types of membership cards: card type and mobile type.

A card-type membership card will be issued when you join at the store. At the time of issuance, you will be a temporary member and will be able to earn points when purchasing products. By accessing the members-only site by entering the member ID and PIN written on your card and registering the necessary information, you will become a primary member who can use points. Each member will have their own My Page site (hereinafter referred to as "My Page"). You can use the barcode displayed on your My Page as a mobile membership card. Card-type membership cards and mobile-type membership cards (hereinafter collectively referred to as "membership cards") can be used together.
Enrollment at the online shop is done from the dedicated site. If you register the necessary information on the dedicated site and become a member, you will become a main member who can accumulate and use points. You can access My Page by entering your member ID (email address) and password on the dedicated site, and use the barcode displayed on My Page as a mobile membership card at stores. *If you are a member who joined online and would like a card-type membership card, please ask the staff at the store. We will check your mobile membership card and give you a card membership card. However, you will need to register your member ID and PIN code written on your card-type membership card on My Page.
Membership cards, member IDs, and passwords are managed at the member's own risk, are to be used only by the member, and may not be transferred or lent to anyone other than the member.
Members may not hold multiple membership cards or other membership qualifications.
The Company reserves the right to change the content of the dedicated website related to membership registration without prior notice.

Article 4 Use of member services and benefits

Members can use the " Membership Service " at all gallery shops operated by our company. By presenting their membership card in advance when purchasing products at a store, members can receive points back based on the purchase price of the product or receive other benefits. However, points cannot be refunded for the purchase of products using points, the purchase of sale products, processing fees, correction fees, shipping fees, or other amounts specified by the Company. Points are valid for two years from the date of last purchase. If you do not purchase a store product for two years from the last purchase date, the points you earned will be invalidated.
Members can receive various information services such as email distribution. Furthermore, members acknowledge in advance that some emails will be sent to all members regardless of their selection, and that all communications costs, etc. required for receiving emails, viewing the site, etc. will be borne by the user.
Members acknowledge in advance that they will not be able to receive benefits if they cannot confirm the presentation of their membership card as prescribed by the Company.
Members may not transfer benefits and their rights to a third party or exchange them for cash.
The Company may change, revise, or abolish all or part of the benefits without prior notice.

Article 5 Changes in registration details, loss of membership card, etc.

If there are any changes to the information registered when joining the Membership Service , members must promptly make the changes on the dedicated website.
Members shall immediately contact Knot Co., Ltd. in the event that their membership card is lost or stolen. In addition, as a general rule, accumulated points for " Membership Service " will be forfeited if a member reports that their membership card has been lost or stolen.
The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by loss or theft of membership cards, or leakage of member IDs and passwords.

Article 6 Obligations upon return

If a member returns a product, the member must present the receipt and membership card at the store. In the case of a return, any points already earned at the time of purchasing the returned item will be deducted.
Members acknowledge in advance that if the product is not eligible for return, or if they are unable to present the receipt and membership card at the store, the Company may not be able to accept the return.

Article 7 Withdrawal Procedures

Members may withdraw from the " Membership Service " at any time. Please note that if you withdraw your membership, the accumulated points and special services you had at the time of withdrawal will become invalid.
To withdraw from the " Membership Service ," the card member must return the card-type membership card to the store or to Knot Co., Ltd. when applying for withdrawal, and complete the withdrawal application procedure on My Page.

Article 8 Loss of membership qualifications and membership benefits

If a member falls under any of the reasons listed below, the Company may suspend use of the " Membership Service " or lose membership without prior notice. In addition, if membership is lost, the accumulated points and special services held by the member will also be lost. .
(1) If there is a hindrance to our business due to false entries in membership registration information or lack of prescribed change procedures, etc.
(2) In the event of violation of this membership agreement.
(3) If there is any unauthorized use of points or bonus services, etc.
(4) In other cases where the Company determines that the member is inappropriate as a member.

Article 9 Handling of personal information

The Company may (1) provide membership benefits and various services, (2) provide information on events, campaigns, and products, (3) use for marketing purposes such as creating statistical data regarding usage, ( We will collect and use personal information from members for the purposes of 4) responding to inquiries and (5) providing necessary information regarding services and systems.

After confirming the identity of the member based on the above, we will respond promptly within a reasonable and necessary range based on laws and regulations.

Article 10 Change/Termination of Membership Terms and Conditions

These membership terms and operational details may be changed without prior notice to members.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Company will notify members by posting the changes to the Membership Terms and Conditions on the Membership Terms and Conditions page of the Company's dedicated website.

Article 11 Other disclaimers

In the event that a member's data is lost or becomes unreadable due to malfunctions or troubles in computer equipment or communication equipment used to provide this service, or failure of communication lines, the Company will not require notification and will You may immediately cancel your membership registration or suspend this service under the terms and conditions.
If a member causes damage, etc. to another member or a third party by using this service, the member shall resolve the matter at his or her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company. shall not be given.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by loss of member data or inability of members to use this service.

Article 12 Jurisdiction

In the event that a dispute arises between a member and the Company regarding these Terms of Membership, the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
