Founded in 1896. We have been weaving denim for over 120 years in Hiroshima Prefecture, starting with Bingo Kasuri. Kaihara Denim, which is particular about integrated production, is a one-of-a-kind product created by the technology of tradition and innovation. We make our products using machines based on our own research, and are particular about using "good materials," "good dyeing," and "good weaving." The collaboration with Kaihara Denim has been realized. As Knot's first denim belt, it was born with luxurious specifications using Tochigi leather for the backing material.

A secret indigo dye is added and the yarn is passed through the dye many times and exposed to air to oxidize to create the ideal color. The weather is carefully adjusted, taking into account the weather that day. Each step creates an indigo blue color and a beautiful aging effect.

Jeans-like design
For the lining and loops, we use Tochigi leather, one of the world's best tanners. The tanned leather ``Jeans'', which is also used for the hip labels of jeans, has just the right amount of oil to create depth, and like denim, you can enjoy aging.
